A connected airline digital experience
More capabilities • More choice • Less lock-in
Five reasons airlines work with us.
Every step becomes a place to sell
Every step becomes a place to sell.
Offers that fit the customer in front of you, ancillaries long after the booking is done, and a check-in that earns money as well as seating people.
One shop across every channel you own
Disruption stops costing you
Disruption stops costing you money.
Customers and crew hear what changed in real time, from the same place your offers live. A delay turns into a rebooking, a hotel or an upgrade.
One system for offers and for messages
Offer and order, when you’re ready
You get to offer and order without stopping.
Everything runs independently of your PSS, so the move is a change of gear rather than a rebuild. Move when you’re ready. Your customers won’t notice the switch, only the benefits.
PSS and OOM agnostic
Your requests get built faster
What you ask for gets built faster.
Bigger together, still fast and flexible, so your ideas reach the market quickly and innovation never stops.
Innovation, agility, future proof
Your customers keep coming back
Your customers keep coming back.
People return to the airline that knows them. Offers shaped by who’s travelling, where they’re going and what they’ve bought before earn more on the day, and they make the next booking more likely to be yours than a comparison site’s.
Oman Air, 5× ancillary revenue

“Airlines want to innovate, but the most innovative players are too often overlooked because they are smaller. We are changing that. Branchspace × 2e gives airlines the ideas and agility of two specialists, with the delivery strength they need to say yes. They can start modern retailing today and move to Offer & Order at their own pace.”

”
We've built something foundational, flexible, and customer-first. Branchspace's leadership and agility were critical in making this innovative vision a reality."

While others talk retailing, our customers are already selling.
”
14 months ago, Oman Air only had 20% of its guests booking via our website and digital apps. Now, that has flipped to up to 70%. We’ve significantly reduced our cost base for guest acquisition, which makes the airline much more financially viable."

“The Branchspace management team is very excited to join forces in a tech alliance with a like-minded provider in 2e Systems. Together, we will be better placed to help airlines navigate change, elevate customer experience and transition to modern airline retailing digital experiences”

“For 27 years, 2e Systems has believed airlines deserve best-of-breed technology, not a one-size-fits-all compromise. With Branchspace, that belief gets bigger. Two plus two makes five: together we offer more products and features, more capability, more integrations and more people behind every airline we work with, with the same flexibility our customers count on today.”

We welcome your questions
Two independent airline technology specialists selling their technology together under the umbrella of a commercial alliance. The whole product range covers new generation solutions related to airline sales, passenger/crew/ground staff engagement and disruption management, ecommerce / retailing. Airlines get more modular, best-of-breed choice through one alliance. And they can transition seamlessly to offer order at their pace.
Yes, absolutely! It is the perfect way to show the value in the market fast. It gives airlines the benefits of both teams straight away, without the disruption of a merger for the company and our customers. Each company keeps its focus, culture and customer relationships.
Branchspace and 2e Systems have a similar culture and attitude towards customers and staff. Both have built best-in-class technology and are committed to build long-term customer relationships. The airlines get more choice of products, more integrations, and more peace of mind with a bigger partner and teams close to them.
Airlines must become true retailers, and their customers expect everyday ecommerce ease now. Offer & Order is the destination, but airlines need modern retailing today, without replacing everything. They want specialist innovation with real delivery strength, and together we offer both. Kenya Airways is already doing it.
Together, we create more than the sum of our parts. By combining our products, sharing what we’ve learned and investing in innovation together, we can offer airlines what neither company could easily deliver alone.
Our focus today is on Branchspace and 2e Systems. Currently there are no plans for other companies to join the alliance. But we are flexible and dynamic and do not exclude it if we realise that it could add more value to our customers, our people and our business.
Proven where it matters most. Our products cover the parts of the airline that customers actually touch, and they’re live at airlines around the world. Every one of them is built to grow revenue, cut costs and improve the experience, while building the airline’s most valuable asset: direct relationships with its customers.
Made to fit your brand, not ours. No airline wants to look like its competitors. Our modular approach adapts to each airline’s brand and market, with no one-size-fits-all stack and less lock-in. With branchspace x 2e, airlines can really differentiate themselves in the market.
Partners who stay invested. We don’t just take orders or deliver one project and move on. We bring ideas, keep innovating and measure our success by our customers’ success, because we genuinely care about it.
Yes. Whilst this alliance is mainly focused on the commercial/GTM activities, customers will benefit from both our companies’ engineering, technology and delivery teams globally. We will always try to find the optimal solution for our customers. We will share knowledge and will together seize opportunities to develop innovative new future-proof solutions together.
No. Every module works with your existing PSS, Offer & Order system and wider stack. We will integrate it seamlessly. Keep what works, and change only what holds you back. Also if you decide to move to offer & order, our systems, i.e. the customer facing experience, can be the permanent part in your transition and grow with you.
We are not a complete offer & order system. But we orchestrate the order and we also do certain workarounds of it as we believe you should benefit from meaningful use cases today. We integrate seamlessly with any PSS or Offer & Order system. Airlines can modernise step by step today and move to Offer & Order without having to replace our system. You can seamlessly transition to offer order with our solution, keeping the customer experience as a continuum, whilst enhancing e.g. your “lighting” capabilities because of renovating your cabling in the basement.
No. We help airlines get ready for Offer & Order and work alongside whichever order management system they choose. But we do offer certain elements in some areas to ensure that our customers can benefit from true retailing as soon as possible.
This is very difficult to answer in two or three sentences, and we would like to share our use cases with you. But in a nutshell, it means that the current focus on just one travel activity (PNR) becomes a focus on the whole experience around it, one order. Offers become dynamic. And many more use cases are finally possible, e.g. booking different itineraries and ancillaries for each member of a family with 2 adults and 2 kids.
For travellers: more relevant, flexible and connected offers. For airlines: selling and managing offers and orders dynamically across every channel, instead of fixed bookings. It doesn’t have to happen all at once.
Booking, servicing, communication, disruption and loyalty increasingly need to work as one. We bring ecommerce, communication and integration together, so airlines can connect them using the systems they already have.
This will bring a huge impact on the bottom line, with increased revenue, happier customers and enormous cost savings.
It also means that some physical touch points can be replaced by digital ones. Improving the customer experience and overcoming deficiencies in airport infrastructure, for example.
Don’t replace everything at once. Start where the value is greatest, i.e. the customer / sales side. Connect to what you already have and build from there. We would love to discuss this in more detail, depending on the specific situation of the airline.
Nothing changes in the working relationship: The same products, team and roadmap. You will benefit from additional choices to address additional pain points, which you might find useful. You will also benefit from an even greater depth of experience, skills and knowledge.
No. Your account and support contacts stay the same; they will be able to support you as well as before.
Existing contracts stay as they are. For new solutions, we agree the simplest contracting model with each customer.
Each company implements its own products. This is a commercial partnership. But we will ensure that follow through will happen through a joint governance, e.g. including the other party or key initial sales contact in the Steering Committee for the implementation. We are not the kind of company who makes sales promises and then just hands over without further care. Kenya Airways is a good live example where we demonstrate this successfully.
No. Our consulting stays fully independent and vendor-neutral, as it has been. You will see this even more visually with the new branding for the tech side. And more to come to support the independent positioning of the consulting branch.
They will make our clients aware if there could genuinely be a good fit, to include them in a pitch. But they will never take a position yet factually demonstrate the comparison to other solutions. Our consultants are fully independent and assess every option on its merits, and we are always transparent with clients about our technology business and now make this even visibly clearer to avoid any doubts.
Nothing changes: the same team and the same independent advice.
Ability to choose any technology they like. And to include our technology solutions in their evaluations or not.
